When you sign in with Discord, BleePo may process your Discord user ID, username, global display name, avatar, locale, guild list and permissions returned by Discord OAuth.

This data is used to identify you, display your account in the dashboard and show the servers you are allowed to manage.

BleePo may process Discord server IDs, server names, icons, channel IDs, role IDs, selected notification channels, notification settings, moderation or configuration settings, and technical bot status information.

BleePo may also store logs needed to confirm that notifications were sent, diagnose delivery errors, prevent abuse and secure the service.

When notifications are configured, BleePo may store platform names, creator/channel identifiers, webhook or API-related identifiers, custom messages, mention preferences, frequency settings and delivery status.

For supported services such as Twitch and YouTube, BleePo only stores the technical information required to detect updates and send alerts to the configured Discord channels.

If premium features are enabled in the future, BleePo may store the plan, active server slots, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, invoice status and payment status.

Full card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored by BleePo.

BleePo may process IP addresses, request logs, session identifiers, security events, error logs, uptime information and device/browser information needed to operate, debug and secure the service.

The dashboard may store your language preference to display the website in English or French.

Authenticate users with Discord and manage secure sessions.

Display manageable Discord servers and apply permission checks.

Store notification settings and send alerts to configured Discord channels.

Operate the bot, dashboard, API, premium access, quotas and support flows.

Maintain service security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and improve reliability.

Contract performance: providing the dashboard, bot features and configured notification services.

Legitimate interests: securing the service, preventing abuse, debugging errors and maintaining reliable infrastructure.

Legal obligations: retaining payment, accounting or tax information where required.

Consent: optional cookies, analytics or non-essential tracking if such tools are enabled in the future.

Account, server and configuration data are kept while the account, Discord server configuration or related service use remains active.

Technical logs and notification logs are kept only for a limited period needed for security, support, debugging and abuse prevention.

Some providers, including Discord, Stripe, Twitch or YouTube, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection regarding your personal data.

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
