Terms of service

These terms define the rules for using BleePo, including the public website, dashboard, Discord application, bot features and any future premium features.

BleePo is published by Samuel BARRET, micro-entrepreneur, SIREN 943457093, located in Caussade, 82300, France.

BleePo is a Discord bot and dashboard that helps Discord server administrators configure notifications, integrations and automation features for servers they are authorized to manage.

By using the website, signing in with Discord, adding the bot to a server or configuring BleePo features, you agree to these terms of service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using BleePo and remove the bot from any Discord server you manage.

You must only connect, configure or manage Discord servers for which you have the required authorization and permissions.

You must not use BleePo to send spam, harass users, bypass Discord rules, bypass quotas, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or process illegal content.

You are responsible for checking that your Discord server configuration, roles, permissions, channels and notification settings are appropriate for your community.

Users must comply with Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines and any applicable Discord Developer Policy when using BleePo.

BleePo may restrict or disable access if use of the service creates a security risk, violates platform rules or harms the service or other users.

BleePo may be provided in beta or testing mode. Features may change, be limited, temporarily disabled or removed while the service is improved.

The publisher may update limits, supported platforms, dashboard features, bot commands and notification behavior at any time.

Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. Pricing, limits and plan details will be displayed on the website or dashboard before purchase.

Payments, if enabled, are processed by Stripe. BleePo does not store full payment card numbers.

BleePo aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Third-party outages or limitations from Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Stripe, hosting providers or network providers may affect the service.

Access may be suspended, limited or terminated in case of abuse, security risk, illegal use, payment failure, platform violation or breach of these terms.

You can stop using BleePo by logging out, deleting your dashboard configurations and removing the bot from your Discord server.

BleePo is provided as a notification and automation tool. The publisher is not responsible for losses caused by missed notifications, third-party outages, misconfiguration, permission errors or unauthorized server access by users.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

These terms may be updated when the service changes or when legal requirements evolve. The latest version is published on this page.

Continued use of BleePo after publication of updated terms means acceptance of the updated version.
